Hamamelis Lotion is a concentrate for large pored skin, for tendencies to seborrhoea and acne, and for specific treatment of skin impurities.               Hamamelis Lotion acts intensively astringing and slightly disinfecting.         The active substances of Hamamelis Lotion are extract of witch hazel, camphor and salicylic acid. The extract of witch hazel bark contains the active substances hamamelin, tanning agents and tannic acids for astringing and granulating.                                     Camphor has light antiseptic qualities and stimulates the blood circulation, salicylic acid mainly shows a keratolytic and slightly antiseptic effect.                  Application:                                      In the salon, use Hamamelis Lotion, undiluted for astringing and disinfecting skin impurities, in particular after opening pustules and removing comedones.       Should you use Hamamelis Lotion, however, as a face lotion after cleansing and at the end of your cosmetic treatment, then pour Hamamelis Lotion onto a moistened cotton pad in order to dilute it accordingly.                           For use at home, recommend the same application of Hamamelis Lotion: in the morning and in the evening after cleansing use an undiluted application on local impurities, and, as a specific face toner, diluted application on a cotton pad.
